Press Release: Mergers – Commission clears creation of a joint venture by Gasunie, Vopak and Oiltanking

The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of a joint venture by Gasunie LNG Holding BV, Vopak LNG Holding BV, both of the Netherlands and Oiltanking GmbH of Germany. The joint venture will have a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Northern Germany. LNG terminal in the Netherlands.
