Policy Analyst

As a Policy Analyst with a focus on various areas of EU policy, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of work as part of a growing business.

You’ll have a minimum of one years (paid) experience in a policy role and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and you’ll enjoy using your policy knowledge in the marketplace at meetings and events with clients and new business prospects. You’ll hit the ground running and be career minded. You’ll likely already have a working knowledge of one of the following policy areas: energy, environment, climate, trade, transport, digital, health, finance, social policy, security.

You’ll have native-level English, with a professional standard of German and/or French, and a strong knowledge of the EU policy making process including how to track legislation.

Your working environment 

You’ll be based in a house full of people working in the industry and you’ll be able to see the European Parliament from our new office (we outgrew our current place). When you are not in the office, you’ll be out networking in the Brussels bubble, attending events, and inviting people over for coffee. You’ll need a mature approach to work as you’ll enjoy the concept of self-management and strive to consistently exceed expectations. We’ll support you every step of the way.
