Stand out from the crowd
At OPP we partner with people who want to do things differently. Whether it’s throwing a launch party without wine (see below) at OPP HQ, or creating a policy discussion with a twist (stay tuned), we want to harness our startup mentality to create events that we’d want to attend. We’re EU policy experts and want to help our clients communicate the policy information we’re curating on a daily basis.
OPP Presents: networking
OPP Presents: ‘Welcome back to BXL…’ is a series timed to coincide after we’ve all (hopefully) had a well-earned break away from our work.
The inaugural event took place in September 2018 when we partnered with the European Copper Institute for Welcome back to BXL cocktails to celebrate the launch of the new European Copper Institute website. In January 2019 we partnered with Aurubis and hosted another successful event where we recycled electronic equipment on circular electronics day. The ECI once again welcomed MEPs, assistants, and many others ‘back to BXL’ on September 25th 2019 after the success of last year’s garden party. In January 2020 we hosted events with Bitkom and Sandbag focussing on tech policy and the carbon border adjustment mechanism respectively. Watch this space for more events coming up at OPP!
As well as serving organic food we had a cocktail bar and local artisanal beers – Julie Kjestrup, Head of Public Affairs Europe, commented on the evening that it was probably the first Brussels event without wine!
See an event video kindly made by one of our OPP community.
Drop us a line if you’d like to discuss partnering with us.
OPP Presents: policy
OPP Presents: (insert your own policy idea!) is a series designed to discuss the policy issues we track on a daily basis in greater detail. We strive to create genuine debate with stakeholders with differing perspectives whilst also providing our guests with high-quality food and drink over breakfast or lunch. Stay tuned for forthcoming events.
Advertising and event promotion – free for OPP clients
If you are organising your own event and would like to discuss how we can help spread the word via the OPP community then get in touch and we can talk about how we can help.
